Elite Events is an event design and coordination company specializing in chic and unique weddings, social parties and corporate events. We are Ohio based but not Ohio bound. We have experience planning events nationwide. Founded in 2008 by Nikki Wolfe, we are fashionable, artistic, and fun. We offer a fresh perspective to event planning. Our affection for love stories, commitment to families, and obsession with creative details is the backbone of our work. With backgrounds in design and marketing, naturally we fuse that energy and education into every event we do!
To ensure the utmost quality and personalized attention, we limit the number of clients we accept each year. With access to our resources, our clients experience an overall savings of 10%-20%. At Elite Events, we pride ourselves in being a one stop shop, offering many event detail items from: customized stationary, event logos, floral and desert design, to creative and innovative décor rentals.
Consultations and client meetings are held in our Design Studio, where you will find a plethora of design inspiration from tablescapes, to moodboards, linens and fine stationary.

Dream Vacation Spot: Bungalow suite over the clear waters of Tahiti, with a spiral staircase that leads right into shallow waters for sun bathing or snorkeling
City Crush: L.A. Do you even need to ask!!
Sweet Tooth for: White Chocolate Blondie with French Vanilla Ice Cream
Fashion must: Accessories specifically jewelry, I love diamonds!
Starbucks Order: Non Fat Vanilla Latte with a dash of splenda
Wedding Décor must have: Taking all the fun details about my couples and finding new ways to tell their story. Whether using technology, texture, color or display it’s not just a “theme” I am working with, but an entire feeling that needs to be given to the guests, so they feel awed and in love with that couples world.
Good eats: Grilled Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo
Ideal day: Starting the morning off on the couch with Belgian Waffles topped with strawberries and cream and a cup of coffee. My afternoon would be spent with my husband and daughter enjoying a picnic on the boat, then in the evening I would go dancing with my girls. When I arrived home, I would be greeted by my husband with a homemade pizza, a warm robe and slippers and we would fall asleep watching one of our favorite movies together!

From choreographiing wedding parties with impromptu dance lessons, directing ceremonies with gorgeous precision and flow, and breaking out that firm but kind teacher voice to keep difficult situations under control her quick thinking and ability to stay calm under any circumstance, makes her irreplaceable in the event planning process.

Dream Vacation Spot: Luxurious private beach front on The Big Island, Hawaii
City Crush: Charleston S.C. It has the city feel, with ocean, history & southern hospitality!
Sweet Tooth for: Grandmas Hungarian Cookies
Fashion must: Mixing neutral colors with texture and layers and picking one statement piece to complete the ensemble.
Starbucks Order: Grande Skinny Vanilla Latte with a dash of mint
Wedding Décor must have: Change up your tables! Use different shapes, linens, & center pieces to make the room feel more intimate and less staged. Adding a touch of comfortable furniture encourages guests to move around and mingle so they can enjoy all the different styles of seating offered.
Good eats: I love good cheese & Sushi
Perfect Day: Morning snuggles and good coffee with Bryan, followed by a walk in the park with our dog. The afternoon starts with gourmet grilled cheese & boating with our friends. Later Bryan would surprise me with a new dress to wear out and we would meet some friends for sushi. The girls would all leave together for dancing at the hottest gay club and let the guys head to their sports bar. I would get home in time for a late night game of poker with the guys and fall asleep watching a Dave Matthews DVD while sharing a bowl of baked shells and cheese.
Meg Straw: Associate Coordinator &
Marketing Consultant

Dream Vacation Spot: Two weeks in New Zealand and Two weeks in Australia, filled with zip lines, sky diving, snorkeling, boat rides, hiking etc!!
City Crush: San Diego, California. Who can beat perfect weather year round, being on the ocean, and minutes away from the mountains?
Sweet Tooth for: Sour Patch Kids, always have, always will!!
Fashion must: Basics with accessories and BOOTS! The last few years I have spent time incorporating more quality basics into my wardrobe, and dressing them up or down with classy and tasteful accessories. Of course, you can never go wrong with a beautiful pair of boots!
Starbucks Order: Odd to say, but water. I have never had a sip of coffee in my life! My caffeine fix belongs to the one and only, Diet Coke!
Wedding Décor must have: soft linens. Linens are a direct representation of the passion and lure of a relationship. Chair covers, table clothes, ribbons, bows… there is something truly romantic about the simplistic nature of linen décor.
Good eats: as a vegetarian, I have found that my most prized possessions are my black bean burgers. I use them in almost every dish I cook. Second and Third place belong to Rice and Broccoli!
ideal day: an ideal day for me would be spent in our boat on the water. I love the water, it is part of who I am. There is nothing better than spending the day, cruising Lake Erie with my loved ones. Stopping at Put In Bay for lunch and some putt-putt, anchoring off shore and just relaxing, listening to music, cleaning the boat in the water. Maybe a picnic dinner! Pure bliss!!
